Secondary School Teachers — Chinese, Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
Founded in 1996, G.T. (Ellen Yeung) College is a Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) through-train school and a recognised pioneer in gifted education in Hong Kong. We were among the first schools in Hong Kong to adopt Howard Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences (MI) as a foundation for teaching and learning — a philosophy that continues to shape every aspect of our curriculum, culture, and community.
At G.T. College, Love, Creativity, and Task Commitment are more than words — they define how we teach, how we learn, and how we grow together. We nurture gifted students to become future leaders with an international perspective, strong moral character, and the confidence to make a meaningful difference in the world.
Our students consistently distinguish themselves on the world stage, earning international awards in mathematics, physics, sports, and visual arts. 48% of our graduates gain admission to QS Top 50 universities worldwide, while 60% secure places at the top five universities in Hong Kong. In the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), our school achieved an outstanding average score of 40 out of 45 — ranking 10th globally and 4th in Hong Kong. These achievements reflect not only the calibre of our students, but the dedication and expertise of the educators who guide them.
G.T. College provides teachers with a dynamic, developmental, and humanistic working environment to pursue their careers and educational goals. With small class sizes of 26–28 students and a fully English-medium instruction (EMI) environment, our teachers enjoy the space to innovate, differentiate, and truly connect with every learner. We believe that when teachers are empowered to teach creatively — supported by a collaborative and caring school culture — both educators and students thrive.
As the College enters a new chapter of growth, we are expanding our teaching team and investing in the people who make our mission possible. We warmly invite passionate, reflective, and skilled education professionals — whether early in their careers or experienced practitioners seeking a fresh and inspiring environment — to be part of our exceptional team.
Teaching vacancies are now open for the 2026/27 Academic Year. Both NET (Native English-speaking Teachers) and local teachers are welcome to apply.
