Nurturing future leaders for Hong Kong society is one of the educational aims of G.T. Therefore, the Leadership Training Programme (LTP) aims at equipping G8 students with basic leadership skills including teamwork, problem solving, creativity and effective communication. After the programme, students are prepared to take up different leadership roles in school such as Prefect Team and Student Union.
